Hexmesh can be supplied on panels with a standard dimension of
2.000 x 1.000mm., can be cut to customer required dimensions or can be rolled in a specific radius.
Standard our hexmesh is produced in AISI 304H and AISI 410S, but other alloys are available.
Applications of hexagonal mesh are armouring against wearing in cyclone walls and vessels or it can be used as a wall covering in industrial furnaces.

Hexsteel: Bonding Hole Type
Instead of lance tabs, holes are punched through the walls of the hexmetal cell. Refractory can then flow through these holes to achieve a bond from one cell to another.
Hex-metal: Pronges/Lances Type
this style has lance tabs protruding from the walls of the hexagonal cell to act as anchorage for the refractory.
